This place is very expensive, small portions, bad service, very dirty inside and rude people. On behalf of the Carroll County 4-H Advisory Committee, I would like to extend appreciation to all those who supported the annual Benefit Dinner and Auction Nov. The guy who bought Cibo's from the original owners is not even Italian, he is some hillbilly that has no idea what good food is. I used to get an order of rigatoni or gnocchi from Cibo's and it did not come with a roll or salad - you had to pay extra for that and it was $6.99 just for the pasta and the portions are extremely small - not even enough for one person! Always hungry afterwards. I get one to go and my husband and I both can't eat it all - and that is just one serving!!!! They also have all you can eat Pasta on Wednesday's - it is all you can eat pasta and homemade rolls and salad for $5.95 - less than one little serving at Cibos!!! I always get a rigatoni dinner to go at West End - it comes with a side salad and homemade garlic roll for $5.95 and the portion is huge, it's enough for two people. You get a huge serving of pasta when you order at West End Pizza II - I mean huge. She is the only one with the recipe - it's great sauce, you can't find this in a jar or can anywhere - it is true homemade cooking - all their food is good. The owner makes it fresh at home daily and brings it up to the restaurant in the morning. You have to wait forever for your food and they are never busy!! If you want real pasta - go next door to West End Pizza - their pasta may be from a box, but their pasta sauce is homemade!! I am Italian and it tastes like the sauce my Nonna used to make at home - she cooked it slow for 6 hours and it was awesome! West End Pizza II's pasta sauce is like that - fresh and homemade. You go here and spend $6.99 for a very small amount of pasta & a roll for "ONE" person? They use the same pasta you bought in the store & their sauce now comes straight from a number 10 can from their vendor - you can see the boxes around their dumpster where you park!! It is no secret at all - it's all from a box or can? Why would you spend all that money on something that taste horrible and cost so much? The service has went to hell too! They don't have enough people working the floor or in the kitchen. 85 cents on a whole box of pasta that feeds 6 people & $3.50 on an expensive jar of pasta sauce!! You spend $4.35 to feed 6 people a huge serving of pasta that fills them up and some for later at home.

Their portions are extremely small - they act like they cannot afford to give you a full serving of anything! Think about it people - how much is dried store bought pasta? You spend. "ALL" the pasta is from a box and not homemade - just like their sauce! Highly over rated! This is not real Italian food at all. The pasta sauce is straight from a can and taste like tin can. Since this place changed owners they have really went down hill.
